[Shotimes] MTX tranny cooler?

Nick Chrimes also had a mtx cooler system. I think his favorite track is
Sears Point (?). Long and generally hot.

I've been thinking this over some and believe the existing power pump could
do double duty as a circulating pump for the mtx. A common fluid should work
fine, maybe Redline Hi Temp ATF. The concept needs to evolve, but here's the
basic approach. With offf the shelf hydraulic components, < 10 micron
hydraulic filter, a second reservoir, air to oil heat exchanger, adjustable
pressure compensating flow control, gauges, hoses, etc. a kit could be put
together. I would not dry sump the mtx case, but maintain the original fluid
level as a fail safe feature. Also, oil delivery to critical areas, such as
differential, 3rd gear, other? can be addressed.
