[Shotimes] Sway Bar Help??

Hello Group!
 
I have a '94 SHO MTX. Due to poor handling characteristics I measured the sway bars and they are at 24mm in the front, and 23mm in the rear. Lots of understeer!
 
I would like to keep the 24mm bar in front, but I am looking for a 28mm for the rear... Any ideas on where to find a reasonably priced unit? Also, from what I have read this seems to be a good balance, any comments?
