Not really. It's just that when BAC is discussed, .10 doesn't mean 10% of total blood content. It's a percentage of a percentage. In this case, .10 means 0.10% (or a tenth of a percent). Get it?

So is BAC different than the way percentages are for everything
else?  .10 is 10%,  .01 is 1% for anything else.
