Kevin: "One more thing. Have you looked in front of the radiator and around
the fan
shroud to make sure you don't have a bunch of debris in there? I have changed
radiators before on a non-SHO and found so much junk around the core I am
pretty sure that was the entire problem!!"

Well, I do declare I never seen such a flat possum in my entire life. You
know, there's nuthin' beats a good chaw of slow-cured possum jerky. An' that
antifreeze steam gives 'er such a nice sweet tang too!

There is some embedded bug, weed and road crud allright, and I plucked out
what I could, but truthfully don't want to go trying to hose or poke the rest
out. It might be all that's holding it together ;-) Ain't no big deal to just
drop in a fresh one and then keep it more or less clean from the git. I
doubt we'll see a 70-degree day before my next paycheck anyway, not even 50 today
and blowing steady 30-35 mph knocking all the cherry blossoms off the trees
and pissing off the tourists.
