I am pretty happy on this point myself! 155K miles and I change the Mobil 1
every 5K miles. It's down about 1/2 quart in those 5000 miles. No leaks!
Hint: Buy a steel 14mm oil pan washer with the molded in rubber o-ring. They
are in all the parts stores. I had been chasing a small leak for several
years and I guess the drain plug was slowly dripping. It got blown all over
the place and I could not tell where it was coming from. Lost the old washer
while changing oil and just happened to find the rubber one in the parts
store! I had been using a copper gasket because it's suppose to give a
little to better seal. All of a sudden no oil underneath! My kind of repair!
