I wouldn't say I am intimidated...but there is that little bit of concern about the
'unknown'!

I replaced a knuckle and caliper on the '91 I sold in 2001 to my FAA friend in
Sacramento the other day....it took about 45 minutes, including rethreading the
outer end of the axle with a file after the old knuckle buggered it up a bit.  

My friend asked me how difficult it would be before I started.....I shared the story
of how I was scared to death of doing struts before doing them the first time....the
book says you have to remove the knuckle...it seemed rather intimidating back then.

Sure!!!  LOL!!  

The paper clip method will be the same way, once I sit down and DO it.
