[Shotimes] Cheap Performance Upgrades

I have a 1998 SHO with 68,000 miles(and i havent welded the cams yet), i was
wondering whats the best and cheapest upgrades for that year and model? For
the cam issue, its hard to travel to Spencer Mass.(Kirk), since i live in
manchester N.H., actually thats alot closer than alot of you, but still its
going to cost some money that i need to put aside. Now that i got that out of
the way, after i have the cams welded what would be the cheapest per. upgrade
for my car? Thank you.
