[Shotimes] Rear Brake bias valve plugs installed

Finally had a chance to install these bad boys into the 92. To make
it easier for myself, I uninstalled some of the hardware that
connects the proportioning valve lever to the rear control arm.
What was left is the hat that hinges to the bias block itself. What
holds it in place is a long threaded screw with a 5mm head. It
didn't back off so I left it in there for now, but was wondering if
it actually can be removed without too much difficulty.
As noted by others, some brake fluid did leak out, so I still have
to bleed the rear brakes.
