I doubt the valve is bad. Every time I chase EGR problems it's something
BESIDES the EGR valve. Also remember if your in a bind on NOX numbers to try
pulling the SPOUT plug while in line at the emission testing station.
I wonder how California knows if it's from out of state or not? Good
question!!
