[Shotimes] Gen2 dash clock

I have noticed some Gen2 SHOs with a 3-button clock (time-of-day, date, and
stopwatch modes), and some Gen2 SLOs with a 2-button clock (time-of-day
only).  The dash bezel is different (different shape opening for clock).
I'm wondering if this is a model-year change and if so when.  The clock
opening seems to be the only difference between a SHO dash bezel and a SLO
dash bezel.  Just hoping to confirm.
