[Shotimes] saw a SHO today

I saw a black 96 or 97 today - I can't tell the difference between the two -
the driver was a black male about 25.. does this belong to anybody on the
list? Just wondering.

On a side note, Annabelle got a clean bill of health from Kevin up at ProTech;
said the struts were shot and almost the whole EGR system was toast, but other
than that, he said it was in remarkably good shape for its age. He said it
looked like it had been run into some bushes, though... heh heh heh... front
and rear main seals were leaking slightly, and the trans pan gasket had a
leak. He said the engine looked like mint and it was at least another 50K away
from a 60K; it has 105K on it now. I was thinking about fixing the EGR, but
Virginia doesn't have emissions inspections, so I say screw it; I'm just gonna
take it out and plug it up. I've been meaning to get Tokicos and Eibachs
anyway, and now my parents are gonna pay for it! I'm not sure how I conned
them into it; I think *they* conned themselves into it... but hey, I ain't
gonna complain!

I switched out the idler pulley and the drive belt today - I already told you
about that - and now I feel like I can actually drive the damn thing without
worrying about blowing it up... oh, it felt so good to floor it at 60 and not
stop till I hit 130... blew by a vette... wish I coulda seen the look on his
face!
