Now George...

Don't be bashful!

Tell us what you REALLY think!

But just to set the record straight. I feel EXACTLY the same way George
does. My wife's red '93 had 261,000 on the clock. Smokes mustang GT's on a
daily basis, sees 130+ weekly and can still behave around town for her to
drive. I would agree that a regular Taurus is a POS but one thing that most
of you forget or didn't in the first place is that ALL of the SHO's were
built here in Atlanta and they were run all at the same time. They didn't
mix SHO's and SLO's in the assembly process and the workers on the line
SHOwed a lot more care when building the SHO's.

Just my $.02

OK....I was laughing at all of this banter until THIS remark came along.

HEY BUDDY.....COME OUT HERE AND LOOK AT MY CAR AND TELL ME IT IS A SHIT BOX.
AND
TELL ME TO MY FACE......I DARE YOU.......

THIS "just a taurus" HAS 265,000 MILES ON IT.....FAST, FURIOUS, CONTINUOUS
MILES.
IT'S BEEN TOTALED BY REAR END HITS TWO TIMES.....THE MOST RECENT RETURN TO
THE ROAD
FROM A REAR END HIT WAS _TWO_ WEEKS AGO. IT HAS HAD EXACTLY
ONE.....ONE.....ONE...TUNE UP, KNOWN AS A 60K SERVICE, SO FAR (it won't need
another
before it retires). IT HAD A CRANK WEAR PROBLEM (which I fixed for 11
dollars)
85,000 MILES AGO, CAUSED BY A DEALER'S POOR ASSEMBLY, BUT IT HAS BEEN AROUND
THE
WORLD ELEVEN.....COUNT 'EM....ELEVEN ......TIMES. AND IT HAS ANOTHER TIME
AND A
HALF TO GO.

IT GOES 135 MPH WHEN I WANT IT TO.....IT GETS 32 MPG WHEN I WANT IT
TO.....AND IT
DOESN'T HAVE _ONE_ SQUEAK OR RATTLE IN IT......ANYWHERE.

I'M DRIVING THIS CAR, AFTER ALL THOSE MILES, BECAUSE I _LIKE_ IT ...NOT
BECAUSE
I HAVE TO. I HAVE A 2003 LEXUS GS-300 PARKED IN THE GARAGE NEXT TO IT THAT
HASN'T
RUN SINCE DECEMBER.....IT'S DE-INSURED....BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE IT AS MUCH AS
THE
"just a taurus".

SHOVE YOUR OPINION UP YOUR _ _ _, BUDDY.....I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT.

YOU GOT THAT????!!!!

NOW GET OFF THIS LIST!!!!!

George and the Lowrider
