[Shotimes] 141 MPH Speeding Ticket

In most states, the combination of a military ID and a SHO will get me out
of pretty much everything short of a felony. In VA, the cops neither know
nor care what a SHO is, and they see the military as another source of
revenue, nothing more. Hell, I got pulled over for going 145 in a 55 in PA
and got nothing more than a warning! *sigh* I hate virginia...
