Mostly it's any Chrysler with the 2.2 2.5 4 bangers in them. There is a design flaw in the head gasket. At the outer ends of the 1 and 4 cyl. What happens is the gasket has a built in crush sleeves and torque to yield head bolts. the crush sleeves on the outer ends leak. Then comes the white smoke and washes the rings out of the damn thing. Then the owner decides hell it's got one head and it looks easy enough to do. Buys the head gasket but never new bolts. Then slaps the gasket on there buttons it back up finds out it smokes like hell because the coolant leak wiped out the rings. Put's it on the corner if they are lucky and sells it someone that belives it's just a simple seal leak. Or if unlucky can't afford to replace the car but can mount a 55 Gallon drum of oil to the hood and never buy an oil filter. But there is a fix for it you machine 4 thin soft alum spacers and tighten the head bolts outer cyl's first then the inners not inners then outters like the book says. Now another
