[Shotimes] 141 MPH Speeding Ticket

The reason I go to court isn't the fine or points but the insurance that
will double.  If it were just a fine I would gladly pay my speed tax and
move on.  but for the insurance to go up and cost me another $400 - $500 a
year that is what I try to prevent.
