Whaaaaat? Well maybe not Atlanta the city but Metro and North is Car crazy. 
There is a car club/car show every weekend within 15 miles of any direction. 
Look in your local AJC Saturday or Sunday edition there is a page dedicated to 
car club info in the state. So I'll give you Atlanta the City is not car lovers 
paradise but there are plenty of areas just North of the city that are. This 
is great state for buying or selling specialty vehicles!
