Definitely looks like a Photoshop special.

A - You can not get the front suspension of a GM G-body to hang that
low.

B - Where's the driveshaft?  With the rear suspension hanging that low,
you should definitely be able to see the driveshaft.

C - 30-inch rims can be made by anyone with access to a CNC mill, heck
even that high-school dropout Jesse James makes wheels.  Also, have you
seen the moron on the Boyd Coddington show that makes the wheels?  Have
you????

D - Even if you have the 30-inch wheels, where are you going to get the
tires?  (pssst....Photoshop)

E - if it's such a gray and gloomy day, why is there a shadow under a
car that's sitting 2 feet off the ground????
