I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that things working on and parting cars
is good for losing weight :-)

Go to the mall in the morning to buy some tools. Lose the key to the car
(not all my keys, thank goodness, just the individual one). Walk home 8
miles in 90 degree heat. Go to the wrecking yard in the afternoon and take
two complete doors off a Taurus. Carry them, and the tool box 1/4 mile from
the car to the pay window.

I lost 6 pounds yesterday. After drinking water slowly and eating a light
meal last night, I still was 4 pounds lighter this morning than yesterday
morning.

I installed a CPS in a '93 ATX today....at the side of the road. I lost two
more pounds doing that. Yes, I ache. But if I don't stuff myself with
wine, beer, and chewable carbs for dinner tonight, I might be 5 pounds
lighter tomorrow morning.

If I am, I only have 30 more to lose to get down to where I'm supposed to
be.

Yes...I know...I won't be doing that kind of stuff EVERY week!!

George
