[Shotimes] OT - Atkins

Sounds like the Sugar-Busters diet that I'm on. If you're checking out diet plans, this would be a good one to consider. I've lost about 35 pounds over a 6 year period. It's slower than some, but the easiest diet plan I've tried.    Dave
