[Shotimes] Combative power steering

It sounds like the rack has been replaced and whom ever did it forgot the
little check valve when they did the install.. That is what causes the
feedback in the wheel

The steering prolem is due to leaking or contaminated seals within the rack.

Replacement of the rack combined with a proper (see instructions from rack
remanufacturer) and an inline filter are what is needed to correct the
problem.
