[Shotimes] Combative power steering

I don;t think it has a shift kit.  I just had it out to do some running 
around(luckly he let me borrow the car for today to drive around).  The car only 
does it when its been sitting for awhile and it will only do it the 1st time it 
shifts.  Seems to me once it warms up its fine.  The car does have an exhaust 
on it, its much more thoaty than the stock exhaust on my car, I dont know what 
kind though.
