[Shotimes] ALT Light pulsing Hell all the warning lights are doing it

My wife had the SHO lastnight.She took it to the car wash. I figured she used the drivethru. But she used the quarter wash and decided it would be nice to wash the engine. Now my ALT light is flickering, My Motel 6 light (ABS) It'll leave the light on for ya.....all the time. is flickering the AIR BAG is doing the same thing. 
Anyone else ever seen this and I'm screwed? I've never washed an engine in my life and I'm not real happy she washed it for me. I figured when I pulled the intake and valve covers off to do the valve stem seals and spark plug wells. I would clean all that up by hand. 
 
Dave flickering warning lights can't be good.
