[Shotimes] Ted Breaux's chip

Hey, I have a question about Ted Breaux's chip... does it remove that pesky
4000 RPM neutral rev limiter? I'm getting one off of Ebay (I hope), and I want
to know if I need to ship it back to him to get it reprogrammed... is it free
for me too (minus shipping)? I have the same year (and obviously, tranny) SHO
and I figured it wouldn't be too much of a pain in the ass to work... any
ideas?
