Most "standard" ATX LPM programs should come with the neutral rev limiter
already raised. If it's not, then Ted can raise it for you.

Well it sure don't sound very impressive when you're showing the engine off
to other people and it goes "vrooOOOOo vru.. vru.. vru.. vru.. vru.. vru.."
Kinda embarrasing, really... I don't need to disengage it, only raise it a
bit, maybe to 5 or 6... I'll deal with the risk to the torque converter.
