I've been going to CA smog checks with one SHO or another since 1994.  Never
even run into a tech that knew what one was, much less what the factory cat
should look like.  I put a SHO Shop Y pipe on a few years on the MTX, and it
could have been made of blue cheese for all he knew.  As for a CARB sticker,
don't think so.
