How can dbs be louder? Mine are almost silent on my '90 (Vs tho)
Dbs are designed to be quiet!

Hmmm, I see no one has answered. I have Avid H4s on my .90, and think they
are excellent street tires. No snow experience. On my '95 I'm running Yoko
AVS dBs; Z-rated. Day and night difference; the Zs are harder and somewhat
noisier. That doesn't answer your question about the V rated Avids.......
