I am kickinsho but I don't think I have a virus, I am feeling rather fine!

Seriously, I have got the most secure settings I know of.  I rarely get
attachments from anyone due to the security settings on my computer are so
high.  I also can't send much out either.   I will run all the antivirus
utilities to be safe.  They usually do it on a scheduled basis every week and
whenever there is a new update, automatically of course.

I guess my husband just wants me protected.   ;^)

Mark, thanks for not picturing me as a virus!  =)
