You know it was changed.  It used to say "Florence Mall".  They decided it was wrong for the city of Florence to advertise the mall, so they changed it.  Hence the "M" was erased and "Y'" put in its place.  "Florence Y'all".

Yep, with the bazillion times I've done the Detroit - Louisville run, Big
Bone Lick still gets a smile. The "Florence Y'All" water tower is still a
stupid landmark that should be changed......must have a pretty lame Chamber
in that town!!

But the Big Beaver Exit 69 on I-75 north of Detroit is still pretty good!

We have a few names like that in Kentucky.  Town about 25 miles from here
called Berlin.  All the locals call it BurrLun.
Then there is Louisville.  Louieville, Louavul etc.  Cincinnati residents in
the west part of town call it Cincinnata.  Some folks refer to it as the
Nati.
As for me, I live in Grant's Lick.  Pronounced as it is spelled.
Boone County is 2 counties west of here.  That County has Big Bone Lick,
Beaver Lick and Sugar Tit.  All names that appear on the maps and are
pronounced as spelled.  Often see folks from out of state getting their
pictures taken beneath the sign to Big Bone Lick on I-75.
