[Shotimes] Tinted attitude

   I can say that most of the lawmen in California I've run into, earn their 
money and are fair.  But this guy, I can't figure out how he passed the 
psychological part of whatever boy scout academy he went to.  We don't need these 
type of lawmen around in any state, Wisconsin sounds great, but I'm a 
prunepicker thru and thru and I'm not going to let this bother me too much......except 
one item...the a______e kept my drivers license to where I had to go to the 
station and get it back...He was going to mail it to Sacramento. meaning I'd have 
to go to the DmV , and pay a fee, again!
  Now!!!!! I got it.....it's a money thing, yeah, that's the ticket, 
literally!
