Use the "Aerospace 303" available at most auto parts/aftermarket houses.
Not 100% sure about the name, but it's something like that, and you'll
recognize it immediately. The stuff is amazing on all plastic, vinyl, and rubber
surfaces. (not cheesy looking like Armor-all) Just don't get it on paint,
if you do, wipe it off immediately with something like Meguires detail spray.

That reminds me - what's the best method for preservation (or PM) of new or
like new headlights?
