It depends on the type of headunit you want to use.
One company that makes radio button adaptors is PIE.
There are others. I'd suggest doing a web search for
something like "headunit dash button adaptor" or
search www.crutchfield.com (or ebay)...

IMHO, if you are using an aftermarket unit, you really
don't need the dash buttons. The dash buttons are
great with the factory radio because there is no
tactile feel with the factory radio. Aftermarket units
have their buttons arranged in such a way that it's
easier to find them by touch. If you do find something
that works, let us know.
