Also make sure you check to see if the spout plug is in place. Retards
timing about 10 degrees, power and mileage plummet.
Located near the CID.
My 89 had another called an "octane adjust plug" was beneath the upper rad
hose by the air box.
Can't see in there to tell if my 94 has that one.
