[Shotimes] Anyone that can weld in NJ

I need to have both front strut rod bushing "sleeve" tach welded to the 
frame to get rid of some of my front end clunk. None of the welding places 
around here want the job and Id rather have a SHO person do it anyway. 
Anyone want to take a stab at it? Name your price. I have a Ford Technical 
Service Bulletin that explains everything, but it really is an easy job, ~1
