[Shotimes] A little advise

I  got around to checking on the Gen 1 the other day, I hit the key, it tried to start, so I may be backing up on the timing belt being bad, I have not put a guage on it yet, but when i pushed on the schrader valve, ot did not spray fuel, it would barely trickle out.  I am gonna put a guage on it, but I am leaning toward bad fuel pump, any suggestions as to what I need to check as in electrical connections or anything else will be appreciated.  also suggestions of what kind of pump to replace it with and where is the best place to buy one, if it is the pump would help Thanks John
