[Shotimes] CAM bearings and/or CAMs

Well, my very hypothetical and probably unprovable
idea was that if he was leaning the motor out in rapid
sucession, (fuel on, fuel off, fuel on, fuel off,
etc), it could have detonated if he was using bad
enough gas in a tired enough motor..Detonation can
help a rod bearing fail.
