Doug Lewis is currently chasing a similar problem to this one. He has a '96
that will just start to load up and then die on him. It appears to be some
sort of impedance problem with the PCM since every time he has hung a
breakout box on it the problem goes away! It's one of those situations
where you can't troubleshoot it because the equipment that you need to
troubleshoot the problem makes the problem go away!

I have a problem and just want a simple answer. Has anyone had a problem
with their shos starting then shuting down right after. It does this a
couple of times then might not do it for 6 months. We've had it checked but
with no results. It might be a fluk but sometimes we pull the turn signal
down and it starts, could there be something in the arm that might cause
this? My husband and I are not mechanics and a simple answer would be nice.
