One of the original deals with NASCRAP was that you could watch the race on
sunday, go out to the dealer on monday and buy the same car they were
racing. You cannot go to your local Ford dealer and buy a, what, 800HP? V8,
RWD Taurus. One or two dealers nationwide might have somehow managed to get
ahold of one, maybe even two, but the point remains that Ford does not
produce NASCAR taurii for general consumption.

Why do people always take statements literally, and not bother to interpret
the spirit of what is being said?
