[Shotimes] Need help rear caliper replacement

Things that have worked for me:

1) Large drift and a hammer. Takes a lot of force, though there's not 
much room to swing the hammer

2) Heat. A propane torch will do, but  the heat will also melt the 
plastic coating on the e-brake cable which lead to corrosion and a 
frozen cable about a year later.
