Under the passenger side of the rear seat. Dunno, but the directions seem
pretty clear to me! The measurements are shown on that site.

This also isn't brain surgery....the cuts don't need to be exact. I would
use another piece of metal as a cover when I was done, rather than reusing
the piece that was cut out.

The previous post to this site mentioned something about 17" from the door
trim, but what side of the car was that?

This site shows good pictures, but doesn't really indicate where you should
make the cuts.

We who will likely REALLY need to replace a fuel pump from above are still
in the dark!
