[Shotimes] 93 SHO, No Start, No Click, No nothing. Please Help!!!

All,

I desperately need help resolving an issue with my 93
MTX.  I started it twice today, no problems.  The
third time I cranked it once and it tried to start but
then stopped.  I then tried to start it again and
nothing.  All warning lights come on and everything
looks normal, but turning the key to the cranking
posistion results in nothing.  I have checked the
Ignition and EEC fuses.  They look good.  I then
rolled down the hill and popped the clutch.  The
engine fired right up and I got it home.  Once I got
it home, I shut it off and then tried again.  Nothing.
 Battery voltage is good, but I am not sure what else
to check.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
