Hmmm called asked for the Midwest Caravan - they had no clue - then I said 
the red car that blows up - got right to the reservation guy who dialed me in 
for a King room and about 90 seconds. Got the confirmation about minute later - 
I think thats bad????:}

I called the hotel direct, she forwarded the call to the Marriott
reservation line...so I guess I got the SHO Club rate from the reservation
line.  He knew within seconds what I was referring to, I'm not sure if the
desk clerks know anything about it or not.
