[Shotimes] Relay pack up front

 What year of car?  The picture is so small that I can't tell where in the
engine compartment that is? My 93 ATX does not seem to have this. Maybe the
DRL? The DRL plug should be out of sight on the drivers side behind the
plastic fender liner.
