Subject: [Shotimes] '96 brakes spare tire?

Question for those of you who have performed the '96 brake upgrade:

Does your stock spare fit over the brakes in the front? It's my
understanding that it takes a 16" rim to fit over the bigger rotors and
calipers, but I've never heard anyone discuss the need for a bigger
spare. I understand that most Tauruses came with donuts, but my '95
came with a 15" full-size spare; is this why my case is different?

I haven't yet installed the brakes, otherwise I'd already sorta have my
answer.

If I get the answer I'm expecting: is anyone looking to get rid of one
poor-condition slicer for cheap? =)
