[Shotimes] Ford Service Manual CD ISOs

I'm beginning an altruistic quest for the good of the SHO (and Ford) 
community to collect the CD images (ISOs) of all of the Ford Service 
Manual CDs and host them up on my idle webspace.  So far, all I've got 
is the 92 Service Manual CD if anyone needs it.

Paul Nimz has the '95 CD in the mail to me now, so that will be up as 
soon as I receive it.  If anyone has a CD to send or an ISO to upload, 
please email me and we'll work out the details.

As a side note: for those not familiar with the ISO format, any 
self-respecting CD burner program should be able to import from ISO and 
spit you out a CD.
