The street address is 2600.  Which is currently a hacking/phreaking magazine
published.  2600 comes from the olden days of boxing (spoofing the telephone
system to do things you want) and relates to 2600mhz a key frequency the
phone switches used to recognize as a call being ended (phone hung up).
