[Shotimes] Help please, Weird Stalling Problem

My 89 SHO, which I love to death randomly stalled on
me yesterday.  It was the first day of snow this
winter, I heated up the car, and started driving away.
 At the firs traffic light, in neutral, it suddenly
stalls.  All the electricity works, the starter does
also, but it doesnt start.  20 minutes later, after
numerous attempts it starts back up... Now, I have an
oil leak, could this be a contributing factor? is it
some sensor? is it the fuel pump slowly giving out??? 
So I park the car, and let it idle to see what
happens.  It stalls after 10-15 minutes, but starts
back up.  I go to eat for an hour, come back, add some
oil before starting, and it starts like a dream.  It
gave me no more problems that night.  Then I went to
work that morning, came home at 1, parked the car, and
it stood for almost 24 hours until I touched it
again... And it started up with no problems today. 
However, after driving it some, I had a minor problem
where it took me a few tries to start it again, but
after that nothing once more...   Someone please help
me... This is very weird.  I do not understand, and
would not like to get stranded again, this time
somewhere far from home... Please help me guys.
