VEry simplistic, and wrong in many cases.  For instance, he 
recommends aLWAYS inflating tires to the MAX pressure listed 
on the tire sidewall.  This is of course WRONG unless you 
have the car loaded with lots of lead weight.

I also am not a fan of cutting up good spark plugs, 
especially for street driven cars.

This guy either is making this up as he goes, or listening 
to a lot of kids on a street corner that repeat wrong 
information back and forth.  He obviously has never 
consulted any manufacturers or experts.

But of course he IS the expert!   ;)
