[Shotimes] OT disgusting SB halftime

That's what our parents said about rock-n-roll in the '50s!! And, that was
even talking about that lame & tame "pop" music that was called rock-n-roll
in the '50s and early '60s (you know, the stuff that they keep playing at
summer cruise nights!!).

Not a rap fan myself, but actually, it has been a strong factor in pop music
now for 20 years!! It has already established itself as the form of
entertainment that kids have liked for years. Rap & hip-hop is really more
like "performance art", rather than music per se (IMNSHO, anyway!!), and
being a professional musician has no connection with what makes it popular.

Anytime you involve rap and hip-hop, you can expect immaturity
and degradation.  The fact that anybody considers it "music" is
beyond me.  Rap will be the decline of Western civilization as we
know it.  No wait, it already is.
