why is it that when people are about to insult you or otherwise degrade you,
they always say "with all due respect"? I mean, we have stuff like, "with
all due respect, you can shove that pole up your *@$." I mean, apparently
there isn't a whole lot of respect, uh, due I guess when that's said.
