[Shotimes] HELP with exhaust leak (WAS: HELP with radio static)

 This is EXACTLY the sound my wife's 93 ATX made! I could not figure it out!
Much worse on cold startup and then kinda went away for awhile then as time
went on the rattle got worse. The flex pipe inside the woven covering was
starting to fail at one or more folds. The flange was fine.
